I create the artwork in this shop by combining my own creative direction, hand‑editing, and licensed digital tools.

Hi, I'm Malika Bourne, the founder and owner of Malika Bourne Legacy. This blog post is for those visitors who wonder where I get my artwork.

I use AI‑assisted illustration apps as part of my workflow, much like artists use cameras, tablets, or digital brushes. I generate every image from my original prompts, refine it through my artistic decisions, and hand-edit it to achieve the emotional tone and storybook softness that define my brand.

I do not copy or reproduce anyone else’s artwork. I hold full commercial rights to the images I create through the licensed tools I pay for, and I use them responsibly and ethically.

My goal is to create intentional, emotionally resonant gifts — not mass‑produced art. Each piece reflects my eye, my storytelling, and my commitment to quality.

I have a list of all trademarked character names. A list is available upon request.
