Shipping policy
Malika Bourne Legacy only operates within the continental United States.
We offer free shipping for orders of $35 or more. Some money-saving bundles may be shipped from multiple locations and or mailed in separate packages.
Please allow for seasonal and weather events that may affect the transportation of your order from MBL's home base in Iowa to your location in your state. Please note that Denver can be a bottleneck during snowy weather, should your order need to go one way or another through the Rocky Mountains. I will make every attempt to notify you if this happens.
Malika Bourne Legacy is small enough to care about your "why" as you consider your purchase. All orders are carefully processed to ensure a wonderful experience. Malika kindly suggests allowing 24 to 72 hours for your orders to be processed, packaged, and ready for shipping via the quickest delivery method: USPS or UPS.
Print-on-Demand, POD orders are printed and inspected at the printer, which we have contracted with for their specialty. Customers will never need to be concerned with the printers: Malika Bourne will take care of all customers who purchase from my store.
Goods sent directly from Malika Bourne Legacy home office will be shipped on weekdays (excluding legal holidays) from our drop-off station within 24 hours of your order. A picture of your order and the tracking # is sent to you via email.
The last orders taken for delivery in time for Christmas (and other 2026 winter holidays) will be between December 4 and December 10. I will watch travel conditions that could affect transportation carrying packages. Consider an extra $2 or $3 for Express.
I cannot make a 100% guarantee that the mail will get through if it comes rain, hail, sleet, or snow. The weather is beyond our control.
What I can do is email a picture of your gift, a phone call... whatever it takes to help make the recipient of your delayed gift know how important they are to you. We will figure out something.
